Clicking the portal link takes you to our secure site; no password is needed to send documents. On smartphones, you can take photos of your documents.

Before sending documents for remote return preparation:

  • We do not offer specific appointment times. Remote returns are worked on throughout the day, mostly via email.
  • After submitting your documents, we’ll send an estimated cost. Payment is required before we start (we do not offer free estimates).
  • A $40 fee is added for remote service due to the extra time involved.
    (Additional fees may apply if you send your documents between April 1st and April 15th!)
  • Please send all documents in one message. Don’t send partial documents or multiple messages.
  • To speed up the process, please let us know if any of the following have changed:
    address, spouse, dependents, direct deposit info. Include this info in your initial message.
  • Once we have your documents and payment, we’ll begin preparing your return and follow up with any questions. Your return will not be submitted until we’ve reviewed it with you.
  • Download your final copies within 3 days of receiving the secure link, as the portal link expires after that.
