Before sending documents for remote return preparation:
We do not offer specific appointment times. Remote returns are worked on throughout the day, mostly via email.
After submitting your documents, we’ll send an estimated cost. Payment is required before we start (we do not offer free estimates).
A $40 fee is added for remote service due to the extra time involved.
(Additional fees may apply if you send your documents between April 1st and April 15th!)
Please send all documents in one message. Don’t send partial documents or multiple messages.
To speed up the process, please let us know if any of the following have changed:
address, spouse, dependents, direct deposit info. Include this info in your initial message.
Once we have your documents and payment, we’ll begin preparing your return and follow up with any questions. Your return will not be submitted until we’ve reviewed it with you.
Download your final copies within 3 days of receiving the secure link, as the portal link expires after that.
